In the event that a product arrives in perfect condition but you have simply changed your mind, we unfortunately cannot process a return. However, if an error was made on our part or the parcel is seized, we will be happy to ship you another product. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The processing fee that is charged by a payment processor is not refundable.

Also, the buyer must pay for the return shipping costs for international shipments.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
